- Formwork left permanently in the structure
- Time saving of about 10-15% and cost saving of about 10%
- Wiremesh in the formwork makes structures strong with negligible repair needs
- All inbuilt formwork for slabs, beams, columns is well connected and monolithic
- Best earthquake and cyclone resistant with least damages
- Structure shall not require repairs almost for life time
- Resists fire upto 750°C for 48 hours
